For new teachers arriving in Grasple for the first time it might be hard to figure out how Grasple is used within their organisation. To help them figure this out, you can setup a central contact which any teacher in your organisation can see on their home page (i.e. "My Grasple").
Enable central contact visibility for teachers
If you see an information box telling you the central contact is not shown to your teachers, please reach out to us and we can enable this feature for you.
How to setup a central contact?
Go to admin panel and click the settings button in the top.
Navigate to the Contact tab where you can specify the details. We would strongly recommend to fill in each field and give a short (2-4 sentence) description on when they should reach out to the central contact.
Combine with Key Users for Peer-to-Peer contact
You should look at Key Users as well! These allow you to set up peer-to-peer systems for teachers and let new teachers learn from your key users of Grasple.
How will it be shown to teachers?
Teachers can see organisation statistics, central contact and the key users on their My Grasple page.
