How to add existing exercises to a quiz

Learn how to quickly populate your quizzes by linking or copying existing exercises.

Copy existing exercises to a quiz from an existing quiz

You can copy exercises to a (new) quiz in 5 simple steps:

  1. Find an existing quiz with the exercise you want to copy

  2. Edit the quiz

  3. Select the exercise

  4. Click the button: "Copy to Quiz"

  5. Select an existing quiz or create a new one

  6. Copy the exercise to the quiz

Link existing exercises to a quiz from an existing quiz

Linking exercises to a quiz is very similar to copying:

  1. Find an existing quiz with the exercise you want to link

  2. Edit the quiz

  3. Select the exercise

  4. Click the button: "Link to Quiz"

  5. Select an existing quiz or create a new one

  6. Link the exercise to the quiz

Link existing exercises to a quiz from a repository

If you have the Repositories feature enabled you can also link existing exercises from a repository. If you haven't this feature enabled, you can do so in the My Grasple page.

  1. Find the repository that contains the exercise(s)

  2. Select the exercise(s) from the list

  3. Click the button: "Link to Quiz"

  4. Select an existing quiz or create a new one

  5. Link the exercise to the quiz
