Before taking any next steps, get in touch with us through support@grasple.com to ensure we can support you through this process!
We will provide you with the correct configuration details.
2. Deploy Grasple within Moodle
Login to your Moodle environment and open Site Administration.
Open the 'Plugins' tab and click on 'External tool'
Select 'Manage tools' and 'Configure a tool manually'
Fill in the following fields with the information we'll provide
Name
Tool URL
LTI version
Public key type
Public keyset
Initiate login URL
Redirection URI(s)
Tool configuration usage
Content-Item Message
Content Selection URL
Icon URL
Click 'Save changes'
Configure these settings as follows:
Under 'Privacy'
Share launcher's name with tool: Always
Share launcher's email with tool: Always
Optional: To make use of the Gradebook integration, configure these settings as follows:
Under 'Services'
IMS LTI Assignment and Grade Services: Use this service for grade sync and column management
Under 'Privacy'
Accept grades from the tool: Always
3. Share Moodle tool information with Grasple
Click on 'View configuration details' next to the settings icon on the new tool
Email the following information to your contact at Grasple:
Platform ID
Client ID
Deployment ID
Public keyset URL
Access token URL
Autentication request URL

4. Verify the correct installation of Grasple as a tool in Moodle
To verify the correct installation of Grasple in Moodle, take the following steps:
Go to a course where Grasple Deep Linking is enabled
Add an activity to your course
Select 'Grasple' in as an external tool
Open the 'select content' menu in Moodle
Select which Grasple course to link
Select a module from the course and link it
Check that content is properly linked
