You believe your answers should have been accepted, but it was marked wrong. In this case, you may want to ask for a reevaluation of your answer or just alert someone that the question has a mistake.

In this scenario, please alert your instructor to this issue. Your instructor manages content and sets the grading criteria. To ensure fair and consistent marking and judgement, Grasple cannot make any changes.

Grasple support cannot:

  • Change the content of a question or course

  • Check the correctness of a given answer

  • Change grades or the way in which a question was marked

These are all managed by your teacher. Therefore, it's best to approach them directly with your concerns. If they believe an issue needs to be escalated to Grasple, we will work with them to resolve it.
