Pictures can be embedded in text slides and exercises, but videos can only be embedded in text slides.

For videos in exercises, the best alternative is to link to the video using a hyperlink. See this article for details on how to add links.

Here is how you can add pictures to your lesson:

1. Select an item in one of your lessons. For a video, this must be a text slide. 

2. Click on the spot where the cursor is

3. You should now see a small plus icon appear to the left of it.

4. Click and select the picture icon

5. Select the image you want to insert

6. Size and position it using the 6 options

  • For size choose 33%, 66% or 100% of the question-width (on mobile it will automatically go to 100% width)
  • For position you can choose "center, with text above and below", "float left with text wrapped around" or "float right with text wrapped around".

7. Et voilà!


And you can add videos to your lesson like this:

1. Select a text slide in one of your lessons.

2. Click on the spot where the cursor is

3. You should now see a small plus icon appear to the left of it.

4. Click and select the video icon

5. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL in the bar

6. Press ENTER, et voilà!
