Embedding pictures in text slides and exercises

Pictures can be can be embedded in text slides and exercises.

1. Select an item in one of your lessons. For a video, this must be a text slide.

2. Click on the spot where the cursor is

3. You should now see a small plus icon appear to the left of it.

4. Click and select the picture icon

Note: images can only be added on empty lines. The picture icon will not show on lines with text (see below).​

5. Select the image you want to insert

6. Size and position it using the 6 options

  • For size choose 33%, 66% or 100% of the question-width (on mobile it will automatically go to 100% width)

  • For position you can choose "center, with text above and below", "float left with text wrapped around" or "float right with text wrapped around".

7. Et voilà!

Embedding videos

Videos can only be embedded in text slides. If you want to embed videos in exercises, you can best link it using a hyperlink. See this article for details on how to add links.

Add a video to your text slide:

1. Select a text slide in one of your lessons.

2. Click on the spot where the cursor is

3. You should now see a small plus icon appear to the left of it.

4. Click and select the video icon​

5. Paste a YouTube, Yuja or Vimeo URL in the bar

6. Press ENTER, et voilà!
